Mavuika guide
Mavuika is a very powerful character in both on field and off field DPS roles. She ditches the normal energy system and relies on team members spending Nightsoul for her to use her burst, which creates some restrictions for her teams. If you're interested in running Mavuika as an on field DPS, be prepared to invest in other Natlan characters.
If you are more interested in her off field playstyle, Mavuika offers similar utility to Xiangling and potentially better utility should you be playing her in a team with a carry that does a lot of normal attacks or has another Natlan support (preferably Xilonen).
Mavuika consumes her accumulated Fighting Spirit, launching a single powerful slash and then riding her bike to deal enhanced damage compared to her Skill at base. Her Burst does not use Elemental Energy, like other characters' bursts. This makes it necessary to generate Fighting Spirit efficiently to use has as a DPS. The single hit from her burst cast is one of the single strongest hits in the game, especially when vaped or melted.
Mavuika also gives a damage bonus buff to the active character after casting her Burst. It starts with up to 40% damage bonus right after casting and ramps down over time.
Tap her skill to create a ring that follows the active character. This ring will do a coordinated pyro attack once every 2 seconds with the active character and consume nightsoul each time it does.
Hold her skill to ride her bike to attack enemies. She can slash from her bike or hit enemies while doing donuts. Not recommended outside of Burst.
She can also fly, ride over water and climb cliffs while riding her bike. Slightly lesser versions of the abilities from the other Natlan characters.
Fighting SpiritMavuika gets Fighting Spirit when party members use nightsoul points, or use normal attacks. You can accumulate up to 200 points of fighting spirit, but only 100 are needed to burst. It is recommended to earn as much as possible however, because the more fighting spirit points gives her more damage and also increases her A4 DMG bonus, which is a big part of her support potential. |

Mavuika likes to vape or melt her damage, so EM sands is best in those teams.
ATK% sands is still good and can sometimes be better with big EM buffs from the team.
EM is not useful in teams where she doesn't vape or melt.
ER% is useless on Mavuika because she does not use energy to cast her Burst.
ATK% goblet is viable in Furina teams.
You should get 60% Crit Rate and then as much Crit DMG as possible.

Mavuika needs to have another character that consumes Nightsoul points to give her Spirit. She loves to be played in melt or vape teams. She only needs 1 character to enable either reaction, so she can fit buffers into her teams as well.
Although main DPS Mavuika is recommended, she can also function as a strong sub DPS/support. She offers pyro application, strong personal damage, a damage bonus buff to the on field character and can use Scroll. She works best with Natlan DPSs or DPSs who focus on normal attacking as they can provide her with fighting spirit. Let's look at individual units that you could bring:
Mavuika's best teammate. Generates a lot of Spirit very quickly, big buffs
Best Cryo for melt. Doesn't enable all donuts to melt on her own, doesn't matter
Can be good for Spirit, Scroll and Electro app if playing a Chev Team
Can generate Spirit and hold scroll. She's free
Exists. Can generate Spirit in a Chev team
ATK buffer, heals Mavuika
Only good Hydro off-fielder for Mavuika. Easy heals with Bennett or Xilonen
Alternative buffer if no Xilonen. Needs another character to generate Spirit in the team
Cheaper cryo option to enable melt. Only consider with Xilonen
Same as Rosaria with less buffs
Usable if no Xilonen or Citlali. Needs to have only Pyro and Electro teammates, Ororon preferred
Technically usable with Chev. Needs Pyro MC for Spirit
Bennett preferred on team, the benefits of Mavuika & Bennett will outweigh the missed bullet
Works better if Furina is fourth teammate, but can work with Emilie as well. If with Furina, some EM on Mavuika can be useful for burgeons
Only viable if Xilonen is on the team, and Xilonen needs to be on Scroll
Only in Chevreuse teams. Ororon recommended as second electro
Better with Xilonen but usable without. May not be enough Pyro to reliably melt all combos
Better with Xilonen but usable without. Cannot work in double hydro, Mualani will lose vapes
