Chasca guide
Chasca is most likely the easiest on-field character that you will ever play. The experience of using Chasca in overworld is just amazing. Be it flying collecting stuff or killing monsters with no need to swap to other units. Chasca's gameplay is based on her teammates' elements. She only cares about Pyro Hydro Electro and Cryo elements (later refered as PHEC in guide). Chasca's limited teammates are her biggest weakness right now. Her teams should become more varied as more characters are released in the future.
Chasca concentrates her will, firing a single shell, which deals AoE damage and then splits into 6 bullets. Elements of those bullets are not random. For each team member with PHEC elements - 2 bullets of that same element will be converted. Non-PHEC characters won't make bullets convert and those bullets will remain Anemo. Due to energy issues Chasca's Burst should only be used once every other rotation. Energy requirements are covered later in the guide.
Upon using her skill she enters Nightsoul state, in which she rides and shoots a giant gun. In this state you should only ever use Charged Attack by holding attack button. Chasca will enter the Aiming Mode and choose a certain number of opponents while loading 6 bullets. Gun will fire when button is released or 6th bullet is loaded. In later case - you just need to keep holding the button and next 6 shells will be loaded. All that is needed from you is to cast skill and hold the button for Chasca to unload 4 full barrages upon enemies.
Chasca loads bullets in order of 1st to 6th, then shooting in order of 6th to 1st. First bullet is always Anemo. Bullets 4, 5 and 6 are given for each PHEC teammates in party. For non-PHEC teammates bullets will remain Anemo. Order inside these 3 bullets is random.
Then there's first passive (A1) and C1, which affects the chance of A1. Depending on count of unique PHEC elements in team there is 33/67/100 chance for 3rd bullet to get converted, otherwise - Anemo. Conversion gives equal chance for each unique PHEC element in the team.
If you don't have C1 - 2nd bullet is Anemo. If you have C1 - chance of A1 is changed to 67/100/100. Same algorithm as with A1 is performed on 2nd bullet. This may seem like some sort of slot machine, but you should always get 1 Vape/Melt in those teams from each full load.

As Chasca deals damage in different elements Anemo goblet is not viable. You should get 60% Crit Rate and then as much Crit DMG as possible. EM is generally worse than ATK%, but not a wasted roll for Chasca at all. ER% is not needed on Chasca because you will use Burst every other rotation. For Burst to be used every rotation she needs 160%+ ER which is not worth it at all.

Chasca has a bit of problem with teammates at this moment. Most of her best teams look like Furina/Bennett/PHEC. She likes to have only PHEC elements in team. All 3 PHEC team (excluding Xilonen teams) perform better than 2 PHEC teams. Lets look at individual units that you could bring:
ATK buffer, Pyro element, heals Chasca
Defensive, shield-like sustain. Doesn't do damage but Pyro element is good
Serious energy issues (>300% ER%) but does some damage
Only good Hydro off-fielder for Chasca even when Furina needs a healer. Generally better than anyone else
Hydro element slot. Kokomi heals.
Hydro element slot. Mona is good for bosses
Constellation doesn't matter, Ororon is a very strong unit for AOE, giving Scroll, off-field damage and an ATK buff at C6. Top choice even in single target at C6
Have 12s of uptime. OK but even C0 Ororon is better because of Scroll
Has the best buffs and is Cryo element, enabling Melts for Chasca. Chasca generally uses 6 of Shenhe's quills
Good shielder and 2nd best Cryo buffer at Layla C4+, 3rd best at C0. Layla can equip Key (EM buff) or Favonius to increase support
Cheap Shenhe, does some damage, and buffs Crit Rate for Chasca
Cryo option. C6 Diona buffing EM puts Diona close to C4 Layla. Diona's healing can help Furina
Easiest healer to play with Furina, but the worst for Cryo app and buffs. You trade damage for more healing.
Xilonen - Great for C0 Chasca with Scroll, enabling Chasca's A4 passive, and healing for Furina
